Flowers brioche: a unique idea for a perfect tea time snack!

Fluffy, easy to make and so tasty! Here's the secret for a perfect brioche:
INGREDIENTS
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
300g (2.4 cups) flour (all purpose)
50g (0.3 cup) sugar
1 egg
5g dry yeast
40g butter
Yolk
Hazelnut cream
Apricot jam
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into portions and roll into balls. Form the buns into a flower shape. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Grease with yolk and put the filling in the middle of the bun. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Sprinkle the finished buns with powdered sugar.
