Soft brioche flower: perfect for breakfast on Christmas day!

Ingredients for the brioche dough: 500g flour
1 egg
10g fresh yeast
250ml of milk
150g of sugar
one teaspoon of vegetable oil
pinch of salt.
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, gradually add the flour, sugar, oil, and salt. Mix all the ingredients together well and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for about 3 hours. Once it has doubled in size, divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them out into circles. Spread hazelnut cream over the first circle, repeat with other two circles. Place the last circle on top. Cut into 16 parts and twist them to make the flower. Bake for about 30/40 minutes until it is golden brown and serve hot!
