Sweet brioche knots: soft and easy to prepare!

So easy and fluffy, they are perfect for a special breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
300g (1 3/4 cups) Manitoba flour
200g (1 1/4 cups) flour
300ml (1 1/5 cups) water
50g (1/2 cup) sugar
50g butter
7g dry yeast
1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, and add butter, vanilla extract, and flour. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll each piece and make brioches.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
