Sausage brioches: soft, appetizing and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
240ml (1 cup) of water
240ml (1 cup) of milk
1 egg
7g of dry yeast
12g (1 tbsp) of sugar
30ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
480g (4 cups) of flour
10g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
40g (1/4 cup) of butter
Sausage
Egg for egg wash
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the water, milk, egg, dry yeast, sugar, and olive oil and whisk. Add the flour, salt, and butter and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain the smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour, or until is double in volume.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 14 pieces.
3. Roll out each piece of the dough to obtain the stick and roll the wurst around. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover with cloth. Let them rise for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes brush the brioches with the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
