Easy sausage breakfast: a tasteful recipe easy to prepare!

Mix all the ingredients and let's make the most delicious breakfast dish ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200g (5 cups) fresh spinach;
1 large (2 cups) potato, boiled, peeled and cubed;
8 sausages, sliced;
70g (¾ cup) cheese, shredded;
8 eggs;
60ml (¼ cup) cream;
Cherry tomatoes;
Shredded mozzarella for topping;
Salt and pepper.
METHOD
- In an empty pan cook sausages over medium-low heat until golden and crispy (around 5 minutes).
- Remove sausages from the pan and use rendered fat to wilt up spinach in it.
- Combine spinach, sausages, potatoes and cheese in a baking pan.
- Whisk eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over the filling. Sprinkle with some shredded cheese and add cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake at 190C/375F for 45 minutes.
