INGREDIENTS

egg wash
METHOD
1. Place the sausage meat in the middle of the pastry.
2. Cut the pastry from the sausage meat to the pastry edge on both sides.
3. Plait the pastry carefully over the sausage meat.
4. Cut the sausage rolls into individuals or if you would rather keep it whole that's fine too.
5. Glazing the pastry with a little beaten egg will give a crisp and golden finish.
