published on 6 December, 2017 at 13:00
This dish is perfect to serve as an appetizer while waiting for Christmas dinner to be served. Ingredients:
2 sheets of puff pastry,
600g of rapini,
300g stringy cheese,
2 crumbled up sausages.
Preparation:
Spread the filling over the puff pastry sheet and roll it up. Each sheet of puff pastry is enough for 8 roll-ups, for a total of 16, which will then be arranged in the shape of a tree. Brush the top with a mixture of milk and egg and bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish with some cherry tomatoes, a star made of cheese, and enjoy with all your friends and family!
