Puff pastry sausage rolls: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of shortcrust pastry
150g (3/4 cup) of cream cheese
430g of sausage
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds

METHOD
Split the shortcrust pastry into three equal parts. With the whipping, cream bag spread the cream cheese on each part of the pastry and add the sausage pressing it with the hands.
Roll up each pastry part and cut it into small pieces (about 3.5cm). Cut each small pastry with the knife on top. Brush with the egg yolk and add the black sesame on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
