Surprise all your guests this Christmas day with this delicious Christmas tree!INGREDIENTS
brioche dough
ricotta cheese
cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Divide the dough into 16 parts and roll each one up into a ball
2. Fill each ball with ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
3. Place the balls in the shape of a Christmas tree starting with 5 balls at the bottom and reducing the number of balls as you go up.
4. Let them rise for one hour and then bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
