Pizza Christmas Tree

Ingredients:
600g Pizza Dough.
150ml Alfredo Sauce.
150g Shredded Mozzarella.
Basil Leaves.
Red Onion, cut into rings.
Red Pepper, cut into strips.
Yellow Pepper, cut into strips apart form a section cut into a star.
Salami, 6 slices.
Pepperoni, to taste.

Instructions:
Roll the pizza dough into 40g balls, this will give you 15 balls.
Spray your baking tray with baking spray.
Arrange the balls into the shape of a Christmas tree and squash.
Bake in the oven at 220°C or 450F for 10 minutes.
Drizzle over the Alfredo sauce.
Arrange the basil leaves.
Sprinkle over 100g of the mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the remaining toppings to resemble a Christmas tree and sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
Finally top with the star and bake in the oven at 220°C or 450F for a further 10 minutes
