Baby spinach Christmas tree: a brilliant recipe for the holidays!

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of pizza dough
200g baby spinach
350g ricotta cheese
salt
pepper
80g Parmesan cheese
100g provola cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together the ricotta, sauteed spinach, Parmesan cheese and provola cheese. Spread this mixture in three sections over one sheet of pizza dough.
2. Cover with the other sheet of pizza dough and cut out a rounded triangle. Slice the sides of the triangle and then twist (as shown in the video).
3. Brush the surface of the tree with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
