Spinach filled Christmas tree: here’s a dish that is just as beautiful as it is good!

You love the sweet version of this lovely dish, but what do you think about this savory one?INGREDIENTS
2 rolls of puff pastry
80g ricotta cheese
200g spinach
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread the ricotta cheese over one sheet of puff pastry, then add the spinach.
2. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. Slice the sides into strips and twist them.
3. Brush the top with some egg wash and bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
4. Decorate the tree with pieces of cherry tomatoes.
