Paccheri tree: a tasty idea for Christmas!

Ingredients:
300g (10 oz) ricotta;
200 g (7 oz) frozen spinach, thawed;
½ tsp nutmeg;
salt and pepper to taste;
1 egg yolk;
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese;
13 cannelloni pasta tubes (precooked, cut in half);
2/3 cup béchamel sauce.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Cover the baking pan with a piece of wax paper.
Mix ricotta, spinach, nutmeg, salt, pepper, egg yolk and 1 cup mozzarella cheese together. Put the filling into a pastry bad.
Fill each cannelloni half with spinach-ricotta mix.
Spread béchamel over the prepared baking pan to act as adhesive for the pasta. Put pasta cut side up to make a shape of the Christmas tree.
Top with leftover cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
