Savory cream tart: a beautiful Christmas tree to eat!

Here's a surprising Christmas appetizer idea to try now!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs;
150g (⅔ cup) butter;
1 tsp salt;
50 g (1/2 cup) shredded parmesan;
30 g (2 tbsp) almond flour;
25 g (3 tbsp) cornstarch;
250 g (2 cups) 00 flour;
450 g (1 ⅔ cup) ricotta;
250 g (1 ¼ cup) cream cheese;
30 g (⅓ cup) shredded parmesan;
a pinch of ground black pepper;
Salami, cheese, olives, tomatoes for serving.
METHOD
- Whisk both flours with cornstarch, parm and salt. Work butter and eggs into the dry base and knead the dough until it comes together.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into thirds, roll each one out and cut a christmas tree out of it.
- Poke some holes on the surface of each tree, then bake at 200C/400F for 12-15 minutes. Leave to cool down.
- Whip ricotta with cream cheese and black pepper.
- Place pastry trees on top of one another, layering cream in between. Decorate to your preference with cheese, olives, tomatoes, salami etc.
