EGGS AND BACON: for a mouth-watering brunch!

INGREDIENTS
3 slices bacon
3 eggs
Pepper
Salt
1/2 avocado
Chives
METHOD
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the bacon slices. Cook the bacon on both sides until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Beat the eggs and add them to the same pan where you cooked the bacon. Add salt and pepper, then stir gently until the eggs are softly scrambled.
3. Transfer the eggs and bacon to a serving dish. Slice the avocado and sprinkle with chives.
4. Serve the eggs and bacon, and enjoy.
