Stuffed potato bread: the result is mouth-watering!

Easy, delicious and so beautiful. You will love this bread version!
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
300 g flour, 100 g flour for developing dough
1 egg
1 tbsp of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of salt
150 ml of hot water
Charge:
1 port
1 tbsp of tomato puree
500 gr of mashed potatoes
METHOD
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, hot water, egg, oil, a pinch of salt. Leave the dough to stand for 2 hours.
- Put a little oil on the pan and combine on a low heat 1 onion, mashed tomatoes and mashed potatoes.
- Divide the dough into two parts, roll one and the other into a circle, then arrange the filling in triangles on the first part, and then cover with the other part of the dough.
- Bake in a pan with oil until the dough is lightly browned.
