Coconut pineapple cake: the result is mouth-watering!

This recipe is completely homemade and incredibly moist!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg

3 yolks
30g vegetable oil
50g pineapple puree
50g Flour
3 egg whites
30g sugar
1/8 tbsp baking powder
pineapple
METHOD
- Coconut Chips
- Beat pineapple puree in a blender.
- Beat one egg and three yolks, add the oil, mix. Add pineapple puree, beat. Then add flour.
- In another bowl, beat 3 egg whites with sugar and baking powder to the peaks.
- Combine the dough with whipped egg whites.
- Pour the mixture into the mold. Put pineapple slice in the center. Garnish the edges with coconut.
- Bake at 160°C/320°F for 40-45 minutes.
