Chocolate and coconut cake: the end result will surprise you!

Just a few ingredients to make a great dessert!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
For the coconut balls:
Cream cheese – 175 grams
Coconut – 100 grams
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Egg white – 1
Vanilla sugar – 10 grams
For the cake:
Butter – 150 grams
Eggs – 3 pcs
Egg yolk - 1
Flour – 2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Baking powder – 10 grams
Vanilla sugar – 10 grams
Milk – ½ cup
METHOD
- Put in a bowl cream, egg whites, sugar, vanilla and coconut and mix it. Make balls of it.
- In a bowl add butter, whisk with sugar, vanilla and eggs. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add to mixture. Mix and add milk.
- Pour into baking pan. Put the coconut balls and bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
