Chocolate and coconut cake: the end result will surprise you!

Just a few ingredients to make a great dessert!

INGREDIENTS
For the coconut balls:
Cream cheese – 175 grams
Coconut – 100 grams
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Egg white – 1
Vanilla sugar – 10 grams
 
For the cake:
Butter – 150 grams
Eggs – 3 pcs
Egg yolk - 1
Flour – 2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Baking powder – 10 grams
Vanilla sugar – 10 grams
Milk – ½ cup
 
METHOD
  1. Put in a bowl cream, egg whites, sugar, vanilla and coconut and mix it. Make balls of it.
  2. In a bowl add butter, whisk with sugar, vanilla and eggs. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add to mixture. Mix and add milk.
  3. Pour into baking pan. Put the coconut balls and bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
