No-bake chocolate cream cake: the end result is so delicious!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
350g (3 1/2 cups) crumbled cookies;
150g (1 1/2 cup) walnuts, chopped;
250g (1 1/4 cup) butter;
100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) cream;
100 g (2/3 cup) dark chocolate;
400ml (1 2/3 cups) full-fat cream;
300g (1 2/5 cup) dark chocolate.
METHOD
- Melt butter and add cream and 100 g of chopped dark chocolate into it. Stir until and let sit over heat smooth and fully melted.
- Pour chocolate mixture over crumbled cookies, mix and spread everything into an even layer in 24 cm round cake pan. Press with a spoon to make compact layer. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt leftover chocolate in hot cream. Leave to cool down until warm and pour over cookie layer. Leave in fridge for 4 hours then decorate with whipped cream and slice before serving.
