How To Make Chocolate Bowls with a Balloon: the result is delicious!

Dip the balloon into the melted chocolate, the end result is just amazing!
INGREDIENTS
400g (2 ¼ cup) dark chocolate;
75g (1/2 cup) hazelnuts, chopped;
150g (1/2 cup) hazelnut cream;
360ml (1 ½ cup) full-fat sweetened cream;
6 chocolate candies.
METHOD
- Inflate two balloons and tie them. Melt dark chocolate and cover the bottom half of each balloon in chocolate evenly. Leave the excess to drip off and wait for the chocolate to stop dripping completely.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts all over each cup and place them on top of a dollop of chocolate on a parchment paper. Leave to set completely, then pop each balloon and remove it from the cup.
- Whip cream with hazelnut cream until soft and fluffy mousse forms. Add 6 chopped candies and mix.
- Fill each cup with mousse and top with more melted chocolate and leftover candies.
