Balloon bread: ready without yeast in a few minutes!

This bread puffs up in 1 minute in a pan, the result is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200ml (0.85 cup) boiling water
300g (2.5 cups) flour
12g (2 tsp) salt
8g (2 tsp) sugar
Vegetable oil
METHOD
- Pour boiling water, salt and sugar into a bowl. Stir until sugar and salt are melted. Add flour and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 8 parts, roll the balls. Roll out a thin dough. Try to keep the dough even and very thin.
- Heat the oil and test if it will foam before you start baking balloon bread. When you put the dough in the oil, be sure to leave it for about 10 seconds, and then start pouring hot oil.
- Enjoy crispy, delicious bread.
