Potato focaccia bread: ready in 30 minutes without leavening!

Quick and easy, it is perfect for dinner!
 
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
400g flour
300 ml of water
50ml olive oil
salt
16g yeast
 
potatoes
rosemary
 
METHOD
1. Mix together the flour and water, add the oil, salt, and yeast. Knead well.
2. Put the dough in a baking sheet and add the potato slices and the rosemary.
3. bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
