Chocolate Cake In Frying Pan Without Oven: Ready in 30 minutes!

This cake cake won't disappoint: is light, quick and tasty! Ready in just 30 minutes in a pan without using the oven!

INGREDIENTS

• flour 300g

• eggs 3

• sugar 180g

• whole white yogurt 250g

• vegetable oil 120g

• 1 pcg vanilla

• 2 tsp baking powder

• bitter cocoa 25g

• 2 tbsp milk

METHOD

In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar. Add yogurt, vegetable oil, vanilla and mix well.
Mix the sifted flour and baking powder and divide the mixture into two parts.
In one of the two parts, add cocoa, a tablespoon of milk and mix.
Pour two doughs into a greased pan and a thick bottom. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes (if necessary, turn the cake over and cook on the other side for 5 minutes).
