How to cook chocolate cakes in a glass without an oven!

Pour the batter into the glasses and make something really amazing! A delicious chocolate cake made without an oven! 

INGREDIENTS
80g cake flour
20g cocoa powder
50g sugar
40g oil
50g milk
6g vanilla
pinch of salt
4 egg yolk
4 egg whites
50g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
whipping cream
strawberry
mint leaves
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl sift the flour with cocoa powder. In another bowl mix egg yolks with milk, vanilla, sugar, salt and oil.
  2. Add in flour mixture.
  3. Beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar, mix it with dough.
  4. Pour the mixture into the glasses, put the glasses into the pan, pour hot water into the pan. Cover it with towel and lid. Put the pan onto the low heat for about 2 hours.
  5. Decorate prepared cakes with whipped cream, strawberry and mint leaves.
