Here’s a great way to make delicious muffins without having to use an oven!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
120g sugar
salt
50g yogurt
130g flour
80ml milk
2 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, sugar and salt. Add the yogurt, flour, milk and the baking powder. Beat well.
2. Pour the batter into muffin molds.
3. Place the muffin molds into a pan with a bit of water, cover with a lid and let them cook for at least 20 minutes.
4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
