Cookies in a pan: how to make an amazing treat without the oven!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/2 cups) flour
1 egg
70g butter
50g powdered sugar 
4g baking powder
Hazelnut cream 
Powdered sugar 

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together flour, butter, baking powder, and egg. Let the dough refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll it out and make the cookies.
  3. Fry them on low heat, on parchment paper in the pan from both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve with hazelnut cream and powdered sugar.
