Cookies in a pan: how to make an amazing treat without the oven!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/2 cups) flour
1 egg
70g butter
50g powdered sugar
4g baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
200g (1 1/2 cups) flour
1 egg
70g butter
50g powdered sugar
4g baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together flour, butter, baking powder, and egg. Let the dough refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Roll it out and make the cookies.
- Fry them on low heat, on parchment paper in the pan from both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with hazelnut cream and powdered sugar.
