Snowman cookies: fun Christmas treats to make!

INGREDIENTS
For shortcrust pastry:
260g (1 1/4 cups) of butter
220g (2 cups) of powdered sugar
Lemon (zest)
2 eggs
520g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
15g (2 tbsp) of powdered sugar
15ml (1 tbsp) of water
Marshmallows
Food coloring
Silver powder
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the butter, powdered sugar, and lemon zest and mix with the electric mixer. Add the eggs, flour, and salt and continue to mix until combined. Wrap the shortcrust pastry into the cling film and transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and roll it out. Make the cookies with the cookie mold.
3. Transfer the cookies to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
4. In a small bowl mix the powdered sugar and water.
5. Cut the marshmallows and draw the eyes (black color) and nose (orange color) with food coloring.
6. Spread the powdered sugar/water mixture on the cookies and add the silver powder. Draw the buttons (orange color) and hands (black color) with food coloring. Add the marshmallow to obtain a snowball cookie.
7. Serve snowball cookies all together on a serving plate.
