How to make the best homemade bread without the oven!

Fluffy and simply delicious, you can make this amazing bread in a pot! in just 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
460g (3 ¼ cup) ‘00’ flour;
1 tsp salt;
360ml (1 ½ cup) warm water;
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast.
2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- Combine all of the listed ingredients and knead until smooth dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 2 hours. Punch the dough down after 1 hour and re-form into a ball again.
- Divide the dough in half and form each half into a small loaf. Cut the surface of each loaf.
- Take a wide and tall pan with thick bottom and sides that will be able to keep the heat for as long as possible.
- Place metal ring (3-4 cm tall) on the bottom of the pan, top with a metal coaster and then place a parchment covered pan with one loaf on top of it.
- Cover the pan with a thick lid or use pre-heated cast iron pan to cover the pan, help to brown of the loaf on top and imitate the oven.
- After 25-30 minutes over the medium-low heat, your bread should be done. Repeat with the other loaf, pre-heating cast iron pan again if using. Let cool down before slicing.
