No-Oven Bread Rolls: the best recipe ever to make it fluffy!

Here's a brilliant method to make a delicious bread without the oven! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) Flour oo
5g (1 tsp) Salt
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
7g (1/2 tbsp) Yeast
1 egg
200ml (0.85 cup) Water as much as needed
30ml 2 tbsp Oil
 
15ml 1 tbsp Oil
15ml (1 tbsp) cold water
 
METHOD
  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, egg, salt, then gradually add water until you get a fine dough, add oil and knead the oil into the dough. Pour a little more oil over the kneaded dough, cover it with foil and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Grease the pan with oil. Make 6 balls of dough and arrange in a pan. Bake the bread on low heat on one side for up to 30 minutes and the same amount on the other side.
