Fluffy bread pinwheels: the recipe to try right now!

You only need 3 ingredients to make the fluffiest no-oven bread in the world! 

INGREDIENTS
• 500g/3 cups flour
• 5g salt
• 300ml/10.5oz water (60 °)
• vegetable oil
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough. Leave to rest.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll the cake very thinly.
  3. Oil and form pinwheels.
  4. Fry in a small amount of oil in a pan, constantly turning over.
