Italian mozzarella cheese sandwich: an easy recipe to try right now!

A hot, gooey, toasted, juicy mozzarella cheese grilled sandwich to try right now!

INGREDIENTS
sandwich bread
ham
mozzarella cheese
eggs
breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
olive oil
 
METHOD
1. Brush the bread with milk.
2. Add ham and mozzarella cheese and close the sandwich.
3. Beat the eggs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Coat the sandwich on all sides with the egg-wash until fully covered.
4. Arrange the breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the sandwich to fully seal the mozzarella inside.
5. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
