Potato omelette: a delightful recipe to try right now!

A delicious dinner idea ready in 5 minutes!
INGREDIENTS

1 potato, sliced into thin rounds
3 eggs
70g (1/3 cup) mozzarella, chopped
1 sprig green onion
4 slices baked ham
Salt
10g (2 tsp) butter (to grease a pan)
METHOD
- Grease a frying pan with butter. Arrange potato slices on the bottom of the pan in a single layer. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped mozzarella, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes more.
In a bowl whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. - Take off the lid and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes more.
- Increase the temperature to medium-high and pour the eggs in. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- When the eggs are almost set, open the lid and place ham slices on top.
- Fold one half of the omelet on the other, sprinkle with chopped onion and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
