Potato omelette: a unique idea that will surprise everyone!

Just pour the beaten egg over the potatoes to make a delicious dish!

INGREDIENTS

400g (2 cups)2 potatoes

1 tsp (6g) Salt

1/2 tsp (2g) Pepper

2 eggs

200g (2 cups) Pizza cheese

METHOD

Peel and chop the potatoes, add the spices, then place in a pan with the oil, then cover and leave on low heat to soften. Start to shape the potatoes, sprinkle it with scrambled eggs.
Let the omelette bake, covered, until golden brown.
