Seashells pastry: a unique idea to surprise everyone!

This idea is so unique, definitely a worth-try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs;
100g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) soft butter;
a pinch of salt;
150g (1 ½ cup) powdered sugar;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
400g (3 ¼ cup) flour;
cocoa powder and water;
250g (1 ¼ cup) mascarpone;
80g (⅔ cup) powdered sugar;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
250ml (1 cup) full-fat cream.
METHOD
- Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, then combine everything with flour and make a dough.
- Let the dough chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour in the cream and beat until smooth and stiff cream forms.
- Brush sea shells with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough and cut it into the shape of the shell. Press the dough into the shell and bake for 15 minutes at 180C/350F. Leave to cool down.
- Mix cocoa and water and use a brush to draw decorative lines on each shell.
- Fill shells with cream and add cherry into the middle of each one.
