CREAM CAKE: indulge in its delicate flavor!

INGREDIENTS
190ml (3/4 cup) fresh cream
3 eggs
170g (3/4 cup) sugar
110ml (1/2 cup) sunflower oil
240g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder
 
For decoration:
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
1. Pour the fresh cream into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, add the eggs and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy.
3. Add the sunflower oil and continue mixing. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Fold them gently into the mixture with a spatula until no lumps remain.
5. Pour the batter into a 22 cm cake pan and transfer it to the oven. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35 minutes.
6. Transfer the cake to a serving dish, decorate with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy.
