Upside down Ice Cream Cake

INGREDIENTS
3 cakes
4 cups cream cheese
50 ml fresh cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups ping chocolate ganache
1 sugar cone
METHOD
Cut the top of cake and leave the cake scraps for later.

Beat cream cheese with fresh cream, vanilla and sugar. Color 1 cup of cream with purple gel color.
Put some cream of the first layer, top with second cake and put some cream on the second layer, top with third cake and cover the whole cake with white cream.
Make a strips using white and purple cream. Cover cake with pink ganache.
Add some cream to the cake scraps and form a ball, fill a sugar cone with scraps and top with ball, fix all with lollipop stick. Cover and ice cream with chocolate ganache and put it on the cake.
