Ice cream cake: easy, simple and tasty!

This cake is perfect to serve as dessert at a party!

INGREDIENTS

- Ice cream sandwiches ( about 8 )

- Ice cream with a different color (3)

- Whipped cream for decoration

- Chocolate wafers crushed 1 1/2 cup

- Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup

- Maraschino cherries for decorating

- Sprinkles

METHOD

Cut the ice cream sandwiches in half and stack them around the edge of the pan.
Mix chocolate wafers with chocolate syrup and add it to the center of the pan, onto the top of it add first color of ice cream, then repeat it two more times with different colors of ice cream.
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Decorate the cake with whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries.
