STICK ICE CREAM: homemade WITHOUT AN ICE CREAM MAKER! π

INGREDIENTS
220ml (1 cup) of fresh cream
110ml (1/4 cup) of condensed milk
Dark chocolate (melted)
Milk chocolate (melted)
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix the fresh cream with the electric mixer (semi-whip the cream).
2. In a bowl with the whipped cream add condensed milk and mix with an electric mixer to combine.
3. Pour the cream into the silicone molds of the ice cream, insert the wooden stick, and leave it to solidify in the freezer for 6 hours.
4. After elapsed, dip ice creams in dark and milk-melted chocolate. Let it firm for a few minutes and serve.
