Ice Cream Dounuts

Ingredients:
Refrigerated biscuit dough
Scoops of Neapolitan Ice Cream
Oil for Deep Frying
Icing Sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Place Biscuit dough on table and pull out until it is twice its original size.
Place a scoop of ice cream in the middle and then wrap the ice cream in the dough, repeat with a second layer.
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours
Heat the oil t0 170C or 350F
Place the ice cream parcels in the in the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes
Sprinkle with Ice sugar and serve immediately
