PUFF PASTRY PALMIERS: DELICIOUS and FRAGRANT to make in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
Sugar for sprinkling
Sugar and water for brushing
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board. Brush with the water and sprinkle with sugar.
2. Starting from the two ends, roll up the puff pastry until the two edges are joined.
3. Cut the fan slices 1 finger thick and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Mix the sugar and water in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves. Brush the surface of the fans lightly.
5. Transfer them to the oven and bake at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes.
6. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
