Ice cream in a bag: how to make the best ice cream at home!

INGREDIENTS:

BASE - ½ cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Flavors (shredded dark chocolate, peaches cut into cubes, crushed chocolate cookies)
A lot of ice
6 tbsp of kosher /rock salt
Freezer bags in different sizes

METHOD:

In smaller bag mix together milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract-this is the base.
Add toppings- combination of peaches and chocolate or chocolate cookies.
Remove air from the bag and seal it tight.
Fill the larger bag halfway with ice, add salt and mix the bag with your hands.
Now put the bag with ice cream in the bag with ice-salt mixture, seal it and shake for 10-15 minutes. Use dishcloth to protect your hands from the cold.
Take your ice cream bag out of the ice and scoop out this delicious homemade delicacy
