INGREDIENTS
ice cream
strawberry jam
white chocolate

DIRECTIONS
1. Put the ice cream into a potato ricer and push down the ice cream into a plate.
2. Once your plate of ice cream is ready, put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
3. Garnish the ice cream with strawberry jam (that will look like tomato sauce).
4. Lastly, grate some white chocolate on top (the Parmesan cheese).
