Brownie ice cream

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cookie crumbs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
5 cups ice cubs
Salt
3 cups melted chocolate
1 cup melted white chocolate
 
METHOD
In a jar add cookie crumbs, heavy cream and condensed milk. Shake it well.
In a big bowl add ice and salt, put jar in the middle and cover with more ice.
Chill for 15 minutes.
Using an ice cream scoop, add ice cream on the brownie layer and cover with another brownie layer.
Insert 6 wooden sticks and cut into 6 portions.
Dip brownie sandwich in the dark melted chocolate, then in the white. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
