250ml whipping cream
150g sugar
1 egg
25ml whipping cream
20g instant coffee
20g cocoa powder
METHOD
1. Mix hot cream with instant coffee and cocoa powder.
2. Mix the egg yolk with sugar, then add the cream batter.
3. Beat the egg white.
4. Mix together all the ingredients and add the whipping cream.
5. Put the cream into cups and refrigerate 30 minutes.
