INGREDIENTS
100ml milk
40g sugar
100ml heavy cream
chocolate chips, as needed

DIRECTIONS
1. In a plastic food bag, pour milk, add the sugar and heavy cream. Mix well.
2. Fill a larger bag with ice and pour salt over it.
3. Place the smaller bag in the larger, ice-filled, one and shake the cream for at least 5 minutes.
4. Your ice cream is ready to be served.
