Homemade ice cream: here’s how to prepare it in just 5 minutes, and no ice cream maker!

Pour salt over the ice and mix. Here’s the secret to making homemade ice cream!
INGREDIENTS
100ml milk
40g sugar
100ml heavy cream
chocolate chips, as needed
ice 
sea salt
 
DIRECTIONS
1. In a plastic food bag, pour milk, add the sugar and heavy cream. Mix well.
2. Fill a larger bag with ice and pour salt over it.
3. Place the smaller bag in the larger, ice-filled, one and shake the cream for at least 5 minutes.
4. Your ice cream is ready to be served.
