Stuffed ice cream

Ingredients for muffins
150g Flour
1/2 tsp Soda
150g Sugar
1 Egg
30g Melted butter
30g Olive oil
130ml Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar
6 ice cream cones
1/2 cup Whipped cream
Sprinkles
6 maraschino cherries
Method
Mix all dry ingredients for muffins, add all wet ingredients and combine until smooth. Add vinegar in the end.

Transfer dough into muffin tin and add ice cream cones.
Bake at 180C/350F for 15 min. Let them cool.
Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles and cherry.
