Cinnamon baskets: a fun way to serve ice-cream!

Roll the dough like this, and prepare a delicious and fun dessert in no time at all!
 
INGREDIENTS
brioche dough
brown sugar
cinnamon
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the dough into strips. Cover it with cinnamon and brown sugar.
2. Roll the strips of dough around the bottom side of muffin molds.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
4. Fill with ice-cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
