Bread basket: an amazing way to serve pasta!

Easy and delicious, you are going to want to try making them as soon as possible!

INGREDIENTS 
1 Bread loaf
 50g butter
 2 tbsp parsley
 2 tbsp garlic, minced
 
METHOD
Cut the bread loaf as shown in video.
Mix the melted butter, garlic and parsley, brush the bread with butter mixture on all sides.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes
 
INGREDIENTS
 200g rigatoni pasta
 250g mushrooms
 1 sausage
 1 shallot onion
 70g ham, chopped
 2 tbsp cream
 1/2 cup parmesan
 Salt and pepper
 Olive oil
 
METHOD
Cook the pasta according to package directions
In a large skillet, heat an olive oil, add shallot, and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add sausage and fry until brown, add mushrooms, salt and pepper
Add ham, cook for 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta, cream, parmesan, salt and pepper
Serve in bread baskets
