Greek bread: the alternative bread to serve in your table!

Simple and delicious, here's how to make a tasty bread at home!
INGREDIENTS
For dough:
320g (2 cups) Flour
50g (4 tbsp) Dough starter
Salt
50g (4 tbsp) Dough starter
Salt
Water
For filling:
Olives
Sundried tomatoes
Capers
Feta cheese
Oregano
METHOD
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl mix the flour and water. Let it rest for an hour.
- The starter is made by pouring 50g of flour and 50ml of water (room temperature) into a jar with a lid on the first day and mixing it all. The next day add 50g of new flour and 50ml of water to the previous mix and mix it all. The action is repeated on the third day. After that, we can add a starter to make bread dough.
- Add the starter and fold it into the dough. Rest for 30 min.
- Add the salt and water. Mix until incorporated. Rest for 30 min.
- Stretch the dough to a thin layer and spread the sundried tomatoes, capers, olives, feta cheese and oregano on top.
- Fold the dough and place it back in the bowl. Let it rest for an hour before pre-shape. Shaping. Place in a proofing basket and let it rest for an hour.
- Preheat your oven to 470F or 245C for an hour. Bake for 50 min.
- Let it cool on a rack for an hour before you slice it. Serve.
