Burgers with quail eggs: the alternative way to serve your hamburgers!

With this method, your burger will be divine!
 
INGREDIENTS
 500g (1 pound) minced beef;
 1 medium white onion, chopped;
 2 slices sandwich bread;
 80ml (⅓ cup) milk;
 3 sprigs parsley;
 ½ tsp salt;
 ¼ tsp pepper;
 ¼ tsp paprika;
 6 quail eggs.
 
METHOD
  1.  Pour milk on top of the sandwich bread and set it aside until all the liquid is soaked up.
  2.  Blend soaked bread with onions and parsley. Add minced meat and spices.
  3.  Roll bread into 6 balls and make an indent in the center of each one, using shot glass.
  4.  Pour quail egg in the middle of each meat basket.
  5.  Bake at 190C/375F for 25 minutes.
