Burgers with quail eggs: the alternative way to serve your hamburgers!

With this method, your burger will be divine!
INGREDIENTS
500g (1 pound) minced beef;
1 medium white onion, chopped;
2 slices sandwich bread;
80ml (⅓ cup) milk;
3 sprigs parsley;
½ tsp salt;
¼ tsp pepper;
¼ tsp paprika;
6 quail eggs.
METHOD
- Pour milk on top of the sandwich bread and set it aside until all the liquid is soaked up.
- Blend soaked bread with onions and parsley. Add minced meat and spices.
- Roll bread into 6 balls and make an indent in the center of each one, using shot glass.
- Pour quail egg in the middle of each meat basket.
- Bake at 190C/375F for 25 minutes.
